What is included in a standard Carpet Cleaning?

Your standard carpet cleaning will include a technician with their carpet cleaning machine all the chemicals necessary to rid your carpet of those nasty stains and make it vibrant again. It’s that convenient, literally just book, schedule and wait until their arrival.

How much will it cost?

Each carpet is unique and our mission is to provide you with an accurate quote before arriving. Having said that, our minimum call out fee is $80. Dependent on the number of rooms, staircases and hallways you wanted clean it could be anywhere from $80-$300. This is only payable after the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Each service comes with your own technician and his or her own supplies, products and equipment. If you had any allergies or preferences you’re able to communicate them on booking.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can request special tasks within the scope and capability of your carpet cleaning technician. However, due to liability and risk of damage special tasks need to be communicated and confirmed prior to the commencement of work.

How do I book my first appointment?

Follow the links to our book now page. Fill in all the relevant information regarding your carpets and any preferences you had, schedule a time and hit book now. We’ll send confirmation as soon as we receive it. It’s that simple.

Absolutely! Your Carpet King’s background has been checked and they have been vetted for quality to make sure only the most professional technician enters your home.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong during your appointment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care Team via email or telephone and we’ll have any mishap rectified right away.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Once we receive your banking information it gets encrypted with out merchant stripe. It is held here until the job has been completed. Your billing information is always 100% safe and secure.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means that if you’re not happy we’ll come and do it again within 48 hours. Still not happy we’ll refund the total price of the service. That’s how confident we are in our product.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you’re still not happy after having received our service twice and we have before and after pictures of the work completed, we’ll happily refund the money back to your nominated bank account.
